We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Software Engineer.

Principal responsibilities

1. Application support/management, Including scoped application metrics/reports
2. Conduct root cause analysis of incidents and implement measures to prevent recurrence.
3. Deliver changes in accordance with guidelines, representing them in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings as required.
4. Complete tasks to maintain a stable and resilient service.
5. Drive continuous improvement in service health and resilience.
6. Provide data and documentation to internal and external auditors, including walkthroughs and reports.
7. Research, develop, and implement new solutions to reduce manual work and effort.
8. Maintain proactive relationships with external 3rd vendors.
9. Foster strong relationships with business stakeholders and internal technical teams.

What you will need to success in the role

1. Proven experience in reliability engineering or a similar role.
2. Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., java, ) for automation purposes.
3. Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management systems.
4. Effective communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
5. Adaptability to learn and implement new technologies and tools as required.
6. Understanding of system architecture, design principles, and cloud platforms.
