Role involves designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade web applications across the full stack. You will build rich front-end UIs with React and TypeScript/JavaScript, and design secure backend services in Java (Spring Boot) with PostgreSQL databases. You will implement OAuth2/OpenID Connect with Keycloak for authentication/authorization, participate in code reviews, and collaborate with product, UX, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. The role emphasizes performance, reliability, and continuous improvement in an agile environment.
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Web Developer with strong experience across modern front‑end frameworks, robust Java backend development, database design, and secure authentication/authorization frameworks. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications that support our core business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, high‑performance web applications.
- Develop rich, responsive front‑end UIs using React, following best practices in component architecture, state management, and performance optimisation.
- Implement and maintain secure, reliable backend services using Java (Spring Boot preferred).
- Design and optimise relational database schemas in PostgreSQL, including queries, indexing, and data migration.
- Integrate and manage user authentication and authorisation using OAuth2 / OpenID Connect with Keycloak.
- Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code across the full stack.
- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system robustness and stability.
Required Skills & Experience
Front‑end development:
- Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Webpack, and REST API consumption.
- Familiarity with UI component libraries ( is a plus.
Backend development:
- Solid experience with Java (Java 11+), including Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, and RESTful service design.
- Experience developing microservices is advantageous.
Database:
- Proficiency with PostgreSQL, including schema design, stored procedures, query tuning, and data modelling.
Security & Identity:
- Hands‑on experience with OAuth2 / OpenID Connect, specifically Keycloak (realm configuration, client setup, roles, user federation, etc.).
DevOps & Tooling (nice to have):
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (specifically AWS).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of hands‑on full‑stack development experience.
Soft Skills
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical mindset.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Collaborative working style with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
- Self‑motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in agile environments.
