Join Mizuho as a Payment and Deposit Technology Developer! In this role you will be responsible for performing analysis, development, program design and development, testing, and implementing the settlement and deposit related systems as well as for production system support to maintain the Bank’s stable business operations with experience in ACI MTS; ACI UPF configuring areas, routing rules, remotes, operators, etc. We are seeking a candidate with strong knowledge of ACI frameworks such as APSF, UPF, IPF, with hands-on experience in MCAS & ICEXS configurations. Experience in migration of entitlements, locations, queues, and payment sources from MTS to the Control Center (CC), strong knowledge of Control Center (CC) web ui. Strong proficiency in UPF databases, Platform Manager and Configuration Builder. MCAS & ICEXS. Key Responsibilities: 1) General: Analysis, design, software development and testing of Payments systems. Strong knowledge of ACI frameworks such as APSF, UPF, IPF, with hands-on experience in MCAS & ICEXS configurations. Payment rails, swift/chips/fed network connectivity. Unit testing, integration testing, support and troubleshooting for the systems under management. Documentation, excellent oral and written communication skills. 2) Administrative: Follows the policies and procedures of the bank, including but not limited to the Project Promotion, System Trouble Reporting and Production Release Approval procedures. 3) Technical Skills Required: Unix/Linux, Unix/AIX, Windows, macOS - Expert, Must have, 5-10 years. Java, Bash, Perl, JavaScript, Python, GO, .NET - Expert, Must have, 5-10 years. Experience with software installations and configurations, extensive knowledge of web-based applications, ability to troubleshoot application problems, business flow analysis - Expert, Must have, 15 years. MS SQL Server/T-SQL/ Oracle/MySQL - Expert, Must have, 10 years. .NET Core - Advanced, Must have, 2 years. GIT, Azure DevOps, CI (Jenkins)/CD - Advanced, Must have, 3 years. SSRS/SSIS/Power BI - Advanced, Must have, 5 years. Entity Framework/ORM Tools - Expert, Big Plus, 5 years. C++, Java script - Expert, Big Plus, 5 years. MVC/Blazor - Expert, Big Plus, 5 years. Strong proficiency in UPF databases, Platform Manager and Configuration Builder – 10 years. Required to work on special projects and multi-task as required. Required to work in New York office. The expected base salary ranges from $111k-$185k. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained.
