We are hiring for a Java Software Engineer on the Liquidity Platform - Cash OTC Engineering Team. You will collaborate with liquidity managers, product managers and engineers to design and implement strategy development using an in-house toolkit, and own the strategy production environment including deployment, performance, and 24x7 reliability. The role focuses on managing inventory and risk of applications, improving strategies for stability and scalability, and delivering robust crypto trading capabilities across offshore and onshore markets. A strong background in FX trading systems or execution algo trading is a plus, with emphasis on Java proficiency and crypto industry enthusiasm.

About the Opportunity
Liquidity Platform provides cutting-edge technology that covers all aspects of crypto trading. We build low-latency connectivity to global crypto venues, including both Cefi and Defi venues, strategy services for automated pricing and trading bots, high-frequency data capturing and analysis, and state-of-the-art micro frontend for trading management. On top of all these infrastructures, we build highly customized strategies to facilitate crypto liquidities.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Work closely with team technical lead, liquidity managers and product managers on strategy discussion, technical solution design, implement and roll out into production environments.
- Work with a team to own the strategy production environment for both feature build out and infra upgrade for better system performance and better user experience
- Continuously and proactively improve strategies to be more stable, scalable and robust with auto recovery ability for 24x7 crypto trading style.
- Run projects by maintaining a deep understanding of the technical infrastructure and a holistic view of the product and business including offshore and onshore markets
What We Look For In You:
- Solid STEM (Science/Technology/Engineering/Mathematics) education background
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, and can solve tricky problems independently
- Passionate in the Crypto industry and always ready to learn new technologies
- Proficiency in Java programming language
- Solid experience in FX trading systems or Execution algo trading systems is a strong plus
