Lead the architecture design and core development of the Web3 Wallet system, ensuring scalability, security, high availability, and performance. Design and implement robust APIs and establish technical standards for wallet services. Own technical design and solution architecture for key strategic projects, driving design reviews and cross-team alignment. Continuously optimize the architecture and infrastructure to support growth and high transaction throughput, while staying current with blockchain technologies.

Team Profile

The Web3 Wallet team forms an integral component of OKX's Web3 business. We are responsible for developing on-chain asset data management, on-chain gas estimation, transaction broadcasts and other important modules. We adapt to the business's interactions with different Blockchains by ensuring that there is support for high-concurrency requests, big data processes, stability and other challenges.

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the architecture design and core development of the Wallet system, ensuring scalability, security, high availability, and performance optimization across the platform.
Design and implement clean, robust, and extensible APIs, establishing best practices and technical standards for Wallet-related services.
Own the technical design and solution architecture for key strategic projects, driving design reviews, risk assessments, and cross-team technical alignment.
Continuously optimize system architecture and infrastructure to support business growth, high transaction throughput, and mission-critical financial operations.
Stay up to date with Blockchain technologies and industry trends, contributing technical insights to wallet integrations and Blockchain-related initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent, with at least 5+ years of relevant experience in the industry.
5+ years of experience in Java programming, with a solid foundation in Java fundamentals, including IO, multithreading, collections, etc., and a good understanding of JVM principles.
Proficient in mainstream Java development frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring Cloud and MyBatis.
In-depth understanding of mainstream databases and middleware such as MySQL, Redis, Elasticsearch (ES), HBase, and Kafka.
Understanding of Web3, public chain businesses and technology, or related work experiences

Good to have

Experience in developing high-concurrency, high-availability, and high-performance systems is preferred.
Basic knowledge of Blockchain; familiarity with at least one of BTC, ETH, Cosmos, or Polkadot (Dot) is preferred.
Experience in large-scale payments related projects.
