職務概要：

Red Hat コンサルティングチームでは、JEE および最新のアプリケーション設計分野において豊富な経験を持つ、シニアミドルウェアコンサルタントを募集しています。

本ポジションでは、Red Hat のミドルウェア製品を用い、DevOps、CI/CD、コンテナ、クラウド環境を前提としたプロジェクトに取り組みます。顧客ビジネスにおいて実用的かつ実現可能な Red Hat ソリューションを構築するとともに、顧客のインフラストラクチャーおよびビジネスニーズを理解した上で、課題解決に向けた提案を行い、Red Hat テクノロジー導入に関する戦略的な意思決定を支援します。

また、アプリケーション開発コンサルタントとして、Red Hat OpenShift および Red Hat Application Services を基盤とした技術検証（PoC）やプロトタイピングをリードします。これらの結果を踏まえ、クラウドネイティブ技術を活用したエンタープライズアプリケーション開発の効率化や、継続的な機能リリースの実現に向けて顧客を支援します。

本ポジションは、日本全国の顧客を訪問しながら、新しいテクノロジーを積極的に学び、専門知識を継続的に深めていくことに意欲的な方に最適です。

主な職務内容：

• 標準ソリューションの実装について、設計からデリバリーまでを単独で担当する
• 標準的なプロジェクトにおいて、特定の製品領域のデリバリーをリードまたは共同でリードする
• アーキテクチャー設計の具体化に貢献し、複雑なプロジェクトにおいて担当タスクを主体的に推進する
• プロジェクトのプランニングを支援し、プロジェクトリーダーが設定した目標の達成に向けてチームを導く
• 顧客の期待値管理において重要な役割を担う
• 顧客環境で問題が発生した場合に、関係者と連携しながらプロジェクトタスクを調整する
• Red Hat のテクノロジー、サービス、製品が顧客にもたらす価値やメリットを分かりやすく説明する
• Red Hat および顧客の技術リソースに対して、信頼できるアドバイザーとして支援を行う
• 顧客環境において展開可能な Red Hat 製品やサービスを特定し、営業チームと連携する
• チームのコンサルタントおよびアソシエイトコンサルタントを指導し、パフォーマンスに関するフィードバックを行う
• 自らリーダーシップを発揮すべき場面を見極め、主体的に行動する
• チームの意思決定について、リーダーシップ層と建設的に議論する
• 一対一の重要な会話に適切に対応し、前向きな解決へと導く
• 技術に詳しくない相手に対しても、技術的な内容を分かりやすく説明する
• 顧客、社内、一般の聴衆に対し、専門分野に関するプレゼンテーションを行う
• あらゆるコミュニケーションにおいて、Red Hat のメッセージや価値観を適切に伝える
• 専門分野に関連する認定資格を保有している（Red Hat 認定資格以外も可）
• Red Hat の上級レベルのトレーニングコンテンツを積極的に活用し、または担当プロジェクトに関連する技術分野の学習に継続的に取り組む
• Red Hat トレーニングの更新内容を継続的に把握し、最新の知識を維持する
• 年間の技術目標に沿って、継続的なスキル向上に取り組む意欲を持つ

必須スキル：

• 以下の技術を用いた、エンタープライズ向け Web またはミドルウェア開発プロジェクトの経験

Camel、Kafka、Quarkus、Keycloak

API Management on Red Hat OpenShift、Kubernetes

• ミドルウェア技術分野における 10年以上の実務経験 および高度な専門知識
• さまざまな開発および導入プロジェクトにおいて、企業関係者やアーキテクトと 6年以上 直接協働した経験
• コンサルティングスキルおよび高い対人コミュニケーションスキル
• 小規模チームを技術面でリードした経験
• ソリューションアーキテクチャーの定義、実行可能な大規模ソリューションの設計、実装、トラブルシューティングに関する実務経験
• エンタープライズ統合やソフトウェア設計パターンを含む、ソフトウェア開発手法、オブジェクト指向設計、および開発方針に関する知識
• Quarkus、Spring Boot などの Java フレームワークに関する知識
• DevOps、または継続的インテグレーション（CI）および継続的デリバリー（CD）に関連するテクノロジー（Tekton、Argo CD など）に関する知識
• 日本全国に所在する顧客拠点への訪問に、最大 100% の時間を充てることに前向きであること
