Job Title: Developer (Java: Application & Distributed Systems)

Location: Devanahalli Campus, Bangalore North

What you’ll build

In this Role:

• Innovate, Design, Develop and Test product features with emphasis on quality, maintainability, and performance.
• Understand product road maps and technical strategy.
• Work closely with senior team members, technical lead, product managers to ensure team success. 
• Troubleshoot and fix customer issues.
• Ability to analyze and solve issues in existing and new code.
• Enhances skills beyond core functional focus and works on other tasks for the benefit of the team.

What you bring

• BE/B.Tech/M.Tech (full-time) from premier universities with good academic background
• 4 to 7 years of relevant experience with a solid foundation in computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms
• Passionate learner with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities and innovative mind set
• Expertise in Java/JEE web application development, database programming, preferably Oracle – Complex SQL, Procedures, Functions, Triggers, Views, Query tuning, Execution plans, Indices etc., is mandatory. Knowledge of SAP HANA Database is added plus.
• Expertise in Spring 3.0+, REST, OData, ORM frameworks; iBatis preferable
• Strong frontend fundamentals using Javascript and React, performance and accessibility awareness, API integration understanding
• Working knowledge of Gen AI and development of features using LLM and Agentic AI.
• Proficient in using leveraging code-based agents like Github copilot or Claude Sonet
• Expertise in both Unit Testing as well as Automation tests; proficiency with TDD/BDD methodologies.
• Proficiency in OOAD, Design Patterns and anti-patterns
• Thorough understanding of HTTP protocol including cookies, session persistence
• Knowledge of in Cloud, multi-tenancy, Splunk is must
• Knowledge of Microservices is an added advantage.
• Proven track record of addressing critical production escalations
