We are looking for a Java/Spark/Azure Consultant Technical Lead with expertise in Java full stack and Big Data to lead technical design, deliver working code on schedule, and drive automation and architecture decisions across global projects. The role requires 10-12 years hands-on Core Java (Java 8/17) and 5 years in Big Data with Spark and Hadoop, exposure to Azure Data Lake, and experience with CI/CD and container orchestration. You will define coding standards, contribute to code reviews, mentor cross-functional teams, and influence stakeholders. Banking domain knowledge is a plus and strong communication and leadership skills are essential.
We are looking for Java\/Spark\/Azure Consultant Technical Lead with a specified expertise in Java Full stack and Bigdata eco system. The candidate is expected to work along with the project team to<\/p>
- Lead technical design of product delivered by the team using appropriate design patterns to assist in developing a consistent system that\u2019s simple to build, maintain and interface with users and other system components<\/li>
- Deliver working code within agreed timelines, that meets acceptance criteria & Definition Of Done<\/li>
- Craftmanship approach for product and software development.<\/li>
- Responsible to lead technical solutions for global projects.<\/li>
- Collaborate and influence cross functional teams.<\/li>
- Contribute to automation and innovation. Drive innovation successfully.<\/li>
- Define coding standards for the entire technology stack.<\/li>
Contribute to code review and architectural design\/review to improve the efficiency of the team.<\/p>
Mandatory skills<\/strong><\/p>
<\/li>- With 10-12 years of Hands-on working experience on Core Java, Java 8, and Java 17.<\/li>
- Spring Framework Components like Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture<\/li>
- With 5 years of working experience on Big Data technologies such as Apache Spark, Hadoop ecosystem, workflow tools like Oozie\/Airflow<\/li>
- Exposure to Azure Data Lake<\/li>
- Oracle PLSQL<\/li>
- In-depth knowledge of CI\/CD tools like Jenkins, Container & Orchestration platforms such as Docker & Kubernetes<\/li>
- Hands on experience in creating Low level design specs for application components<\/li>
- Should have excellent communication, interpersonal skills, Stake holder and good influencing skills<\/li>
- Skills to lead and conclude studies<\/li>
- Excellent decision-making skills<\/li>
- Investment banking knowledge<\/li><\/ul>
Good to have skills<\/strong> \u2013 UI Frameworks like Angular JS or React JS, Exposure to Handling high Data volume in TB\u2019s. Experience within the Financial Services industry is a plus<\/p>Profile required
