A Java Technical Lead role based in Bangalore responsible for designing and recommending technical solutions for IT-related issues. You will mentor junior staff, collaborate with developers to ensure high-quality deliverables, and independently manage activities with minimal guidance. The position requires strong experience with Java EE stacks (Spring Boot, Data, Security, Batch, Hibernate/JPA), Java 11/21, RESTful services, and modern cloud and CI/CD tools, under Agile/Scrum practices. You will work with senior resources and provide technical support across the team.
