Lead Software Engineer will work to ensure production stability through proactive monitoring, address production incidents promptly, and escalate issues to the right teams. The role involves daily checks, recovery and troubleshooting procedures, and coordinating with users and stakeholders across locations. You will identify recurring issues, deploy fixes with L3, and contribute to improving documentation while being flexible to rotational shifts and weekend work as required.

- Overall Experience: Must have at least 4 -6 years L2 Application Support Experience\u00a0
- Expertise on\u00a0Oracle(Sql\/PLSql), Java and Scripting languages (Ksh ,Bash etc)
- Ability to learn and monitor on different platforms
- Ability to write queries and debug stored procedures on any RDBMS(Oracle, Sybase)
- Good Knowledge on UNIX based environments\/scripting along with scheduling tools like Autosys,Ctrl M etc.
- Should have good understanding on ETL process\u00a0
- Self Starter, Believe in Team work, Take Ownership & Responsibility\u00a0
- Able to demonstrate the experience on automation of manual tasks and checks (preferable)\u00a0
- ITIL Foundation V3 Certification (preferable)\u00a0
