Senior Java and React Full Stack Engineer responsible for contributing to all phases of the Information System lifecycle, including design, development, operations and documentation. You will champion your team’s engineering practices, ensure high code quality and test automation, and drive continuous improvement. You will collaborate with managers and stakeholders to support team, service and Group objectives, and integrate cybersecurity best practices into development and monitoring. The role requires 5-7 years of IT experience with strong hands-on Java8, Spring Boot, TypeScript, React, Redux and related technologies, in Bengaluru, India on a permanent contract.

As a senior Java React Full Stack Developer of the global feature team, your main responsibilities are:
- Contribute to all phases of the Information System life cycle: design, development, operations, and documentation.
- Apply and champion your team\u2019s engineering practices and those of its communities of practice. For eg.,\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0ensure high code quality and test automation
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with managers and leaders to support team, service, and Group objectives.
- Integrate cybersecurity best practices into development processes and ongoing monitoring.
- Actively engage in communities of practice, sharing knowledge and promoting best practices.<\/p>
Key Skills:
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders within the Service Unit.
- Active listening and empathetic approach to understand the needs of stakeholders (analysts, managers, architects\u2026).
- Clear and tailored communication for each audience.

- Organization, rigor, and discipline in task execution.

Candidate should have 5-7 years of experience in IT and strong knowledge with hands-on in following skills:<\/p>
Strong in Java8, Spring boot, TypeScript, React, Redux, MyBatis, HTML & CSS, JUnit, GitHub, Docker, Jenkins<\/p>
Strong in writing unit and E2E test cases in React and Java<\/p>
Must have knowledge in Design Patterns, SOLID Principles, micro services and should be able to code using standard industry coding practices.<\/p>
Must be able to work as an independent contributor<\/p>
