As a senior technical web analytics specialist, you'll play a crucial role in building front-end solutions and leveraging AI technologies to advance our processes. Your job
As a senior technical web analytics specialist, you will support a wide range of stakeholders in implementing and optimizing our generic data layer. You will be responsible for the accurate and efficient implementation of pixels for campaigns run by e-commerce and brand teams. Additionally, you will ensure that the data layer supports and tracks new functionalities of the bank across both web and app applications. You will develop scalable front-end solutions and explore how AI can be leveraged to further improve processes.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and translating these into technical solutions.
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to data layer implementation or analytics tracking.
- Proactively identifying potential risks in data tracking or pixel implementation and addressing them effectively.
- Documenting best practices and creating guidelines for efficient implementation of the data layer for different teams.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends in web analytics, AI, and front-end technologies to bring innovation to the team.
Working environment
You’ll be joining a small and close-knit team of 5-6 people, where an informal and friendly atmosphere allows for collaboration and growth. Within the team, there’s plenty of opportunity to learn from each other, as we have hyperspecialists in front-end development, tag management, and web analytics tooling. We have a dedicated team day at the office, and beyond that, you have the flexibility to organize your workweek to suit your needs.
Our team is part of a larger grid/department called Customer Interaction & Hyper-personalisation, which focuses on data collection, audience building, personalization, and app development. The grid fosters collaboration across teams, with regular "work together" days to connect and share knowledge.
Your profile
- You excel at bridging the gap between use cases and technical capabilities, effortlessly connecting people with diverse knowledge levels, expertise, and backgrounds
- Strong interpersonal skills, including teamwork and facilitation, allowing you to thrive in collaborative environments
- Excellent analytical and technical abilities
- A curious and eager learner, seeking opportunities to grow and improve
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with JavaScript
- Familiarity with Marketing Automation solutions, including paid media, analytics platforms, and customer data platforms
- Proven experience with tag management solutions, such as Tealium
- Skilled in analytics tools like Google Analytics 360, with a track record of successful implementations
- Experience implementing Paid Advertising tools, including Google Ads and DV360
- Proficiency in Social Advertising platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn, and their implementation
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, or Marketing)
- Experience with cloud-based data solutions is a plus
