As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will develop and own end-to-end features from user experience to backend code, delivering scalable software for clients. You will act as a subject matter expert, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help drive key technical decisions across multiple teams. You will participate in code reviews, troubleshoot and optimize applications for performance and user experience, and continuously explore new technologies to improve development efficiency. This is a hybrid role with on-site work three days a week in New York City.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. You will use your development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Design and implement scalable and efficient software solutions that meet client needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with team members.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
