Key Responsibilities:

• As a Test Automation, you will be responsible for leading the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies significantly improving control, accuracy, and integrity.

• You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.

• You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.

• Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.

• Drive innovative testing strategies that enhance overall quality and efficiency.

• Mentor team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

• Analyze testing metrics to identify areas for enhancement and implement best practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on quality objectives and deliverables.

• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to integrate into testing processes.

• Advanced proficiency in Selenium Automation and playwright is required.

• Advanced proficiency in Oracle SQL is recommended.

• Advanced proficiency in Data Warehouse ETL Testing, java script and Python is suggested.

***Role requires 60% onsite client work in Plano TX or Jersey City NJ and requires 5 days away per quarter as mandated by the client***
