Lead frontend engineering for a suite of browser-based applications within Adobe Advertising, shaping UI experiences for campaign workflows. We’re hiring a Senior Frontend Engineer to lead UI development for a suite of browser-based applications within Adobe Advertising.
You will design and build intuitive, responsive interfaces that make complex campaign workflows easier to use. A key focus of this role is developing AI-powered conversational experiences embedded across the platform, helping advertisers interact with data and workflows through natural language.
You will also contribute to frontend architecture, mentor engineers, and help modernize legacy systems while maintaining performance and stability.
What You’ll Do
Design and build production web applications using Angular or React and TypeScript
Translate product requirements into scalable, maintainable frontend solutions
Develop AI-powered conversational interfaces that support advertising workflows
Partner with UX and Product teams to deliver accessible, high-quality user experiences
Collaborate across engineering teams to ensure consistent and seamless platform experiences
Improve performance, reliability, and cross-browser compatibility
Lead frontend architecture decisions, tooling selection, and development standards
Conduct code reviews and mentor engineers
Promote quality through automated testing, monitoring, and accessibility standard processes
Up to date with emerging technologies and evaluate their impact
What You’ll Bring
6+ years of experience building production web applications
Strong expertise in HTML, CSS (Flexbox, Grid, Container Queries), and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
Experience building complex applications using Angular or React
A user-centered attitude with the ability to balance technical and business priorities
Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
Nice to Have
Experience integrating with REST or gRPC APIs
Experience building and maintaining design systems or component libraries (e.g., Adobe Spectrum, Material UI)
Experience developing conversational UI or AI-enabled features
Experience with automated testing tools such as Playwright or Cypress
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments (AWS, Kubernetes)
Experience using AI-assisted development tools
Contributions to open-source projects or technical communities
