Join the Adobe Document Cloud Web Integrations team as a Member of Technical Staff 2 to design, develop, and test fluid, responsive, high-performance web applications and distributed services for Acrobat on the web across ecosystems. The Adobe Document Cloud Web Integrations team is looking for a talented, highly motivated engineer and technical thinker to join a high-caliber, fast-paced team. The team is involved in building “Acrobat on the web” with a mission to take Acrobat where ever the users are. With our ground breaking innovation, Acrobat Extension for Chrome has become the fastest growing product in Adobe Document Cloud’s history. Similarly, our Acrobat solutions for Google Workspace, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, and Box are unlocking key workflows for our customers in these spaces. The engineer would be responsible for building delightful customer experiences for these customers who use Acrobat in their ecosystems. The engineer is expected to have deep experience in building responsive, low-latency, high-performance web applications & distributed systems.

What you will do:
• Collaborate with architects, product management, and other engineering teams to create the technical vision and roadmap for the team.
• Design, development, and testing of fluid, responsive, secure, large-scale web applications.
• Define and drive the best software development/engineering and operational practices for the team.
• Explore the best in industry design patterns and managed services, and use them in building efficient and reliable services.
• Mentor and help junior team members to excel.

Must have skills:
• 2+ years of experience in design and development of web-based software systems
• B.S/B.E./B. Tech. in Computer Science or equivalent engineering degree
• Strong hands-on experience in front-end technologies and coding skills in HTML, JS, React, etc.
• Good to have experience with Java, C++, Python, or any other server-side programming languages.

Preferred skills:
• Experience with front-end frameworks like React. Angular etc.
• Experience with technical operations and CI/CD
• Familiarity with REST APIs & Cloud Services paradigms
• Familiarity with monitoring systems like Splunk, NewRelic, Grafana etc.
• Experience with Agile Processes and practices.
