Adobe is seeking a Software Development Engineer to work with Product Managers, Solution Architects, and engineering teams across geographies to deliver solutions aligned with strategic priorities. You will drive initiatives, own implementation, delivery, and support of applications that support Adobe customers and products, and look for continuous improvements in software usability. You will develop automations on the Dynamics 365 platform and microservices in Azure using Function Apps and related services. The role requires a BS in Computer Science or related field (MS preferred), strong programming skills in Java, C#, or JavaScript, and the ability to collaborate across teams with a customer-centric focus and high quality standards.

We are looking for a Software Development Engineer on our team. You will work closely with Product Managers, Solution Architects, Product & other engineering teams across multiple geographies to deliver solutions to strategic priorities. The ideal candidate should embrace continuous learning and innovative thinking. Success in this role requires being a standout colleague, having a customer-centric approach, and maintaining a high-quality standard.

The Challenge

· Drive key initiatives taken up by the organization and be responsible for implementation, delivery and support of various applications which are used to support Adobe customers and products

· Understand business requirements to implement technical solutions

· Develop automations on Dynamics 365 platform and microservices in Azure using Function Apps and related services

· Seek continuous improvement in software usability

· Adhere to architecture, security, integration and change management guardrails

· Be forward-looking regarding new features and other technology or tooling that bring new opportunities for efficiency, productivity and development gain across the entire support ecosystem

What is needed to succeed

· B.S. in Computer Science or a related field is required

· M.S. in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent practical experience is preferred

· Experience in building solutions on Dynamics 365 platform or equivalent practical experience is required. Experience in Azure is a plus

· Strong grasp of algorithms and data structures

· Proficiency in Databases or compilers is preferred

· Strong programming skills with extensive experience in Java, C#, or JavaScript

· Leadership skills to collaborate and drive cross-team efforts

· Excellent communication skills

· Adaptable to evolving priorities, accepting challenges outside one's comfort zone, learning new technologies, and delivering viable solutions within defined time boundaries.

The U.S. pay range for this position is $93,200 -- $179,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. In California, the pay range for this position is $123,700 - $179,200

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
