Adobe’s Firefly Enterprise group is building highly scalable APIs and workflow offerings for Adobe’s enterprise customers, with a frontend for enterprise users and a backend that orchestrates services across Creative Cloud products. Design and develop one or more services or components and own the full lifecycle from user story to design, development, testing, documentation and maintenance. As a senior member of the team, you will architect, design, implement, review, document and deploy high-quality software while mentoring junior engineers. You will collaborate with ML engineers to design and integrate AI/ML model orchestration and inference workflows, and drive architecture, quality, coding standards and agile practices across distributed teams.
Firefly Enterprise group is building highly scalable and available APIs and worflow offerings for Adobe’s Enterprise Customers. This includes Firefly services and services built on our flagship products like Photoshop, Lightroom and InDesign. The Solution will have a frontend for Enterprise users and a backend that will creative a cohesive layer that will orchestrate the various services provided by Creative Cloud products.
What you’ll do
Design and development of on one or more services/components.
Responsible for full lifecycle of the project from user story to design, development, testing, documentation and maintenance
As a team member you will be expected to architect, design, implement, review, document and deploy application with high quality
Collaborate with ML engineers to design and integrate AI/ML model orchestration and inference workflows.
As a senior member in the team, you would be responsible for architecture, design, quality, coding standard, reviews etc.
Adhering to standard software engineering practices
Work in highly collaborative and ever evolving environment across geo
Work with highly flexible and geographically distributed teams
Mentor junior team members
What you need to succeed
B. Tech and/or M. Tech in Computer Science with excellent academic record, or equivalent experience
12+ years of software development experience primarily in back-end systems
Proficient in data structures and algorithms
Expertise in Java / NodeJS and related frameworks
Experience on MySQL, Redis, Cassandra, DynamoDB, MongoDB, Kafka etc
Exposure to AI/ML systems integration, model serving, or workflow orchestration.
Proven experience in designing, building, evolving and working with large scale, complex software projects
Self-starter, with ability and interest in learning new technologies and adapting quickly to new requirements and environments
Proven experience in developing scalable Cloud-based services on AWS/Azure
Strong programming and problem-solving skills, a self-starter
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good team player
Experience with Agile development practices
