Develop new functions and enhancements around Secure GPT API usage while identifying opportunities for improvement in API Operations processes, particularly in observability automation and customer service delivery. Take ownership of service issues and incidents, troubleshooting and resolving API-related issues to ensure seamless user experience and high service availability, and serving as a point of escalation for stakeholders seeking assistance. Ensure compliance with security, regulatory requirements, and data privacy standards related to the Secure GPT service. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather feedback, provide updates, and align on product direction, collaborating with the broader Secure GPT international team to deliver exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders.
