Lead role in Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) within Capgemini's DCX practice, focusing on designing and implementing analytics solutions using Adobe tools to meet client use cases and industry standards. Provides hands-on experience implementing adobe/google analytics tags on websites and mobile sites, with strong JavaScript (jQuery, node.js), JSON, AJAX, HTML, and CSS skills to support event tracking and data interpretation. Responsible for creating, validating, and interpreting segments and debugging/troubleshooting issues with Adobe data and webpages, while collaborating with technical leads on scalable technology solutions and integrations with Adobe Marketing Cloud products. Your role
- Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Lead to join our rapidly expanding DCX practice. Key dimensions of the role include;
- Working with technical leads to design a solution that optimally utilises Adobe tools and supports clients use cases, strategy and industry standards.
- Hands on experience around implementing adobe/google analytics tags on customer websites, mobile sites.
- Must possess JavaScript (jQuery, node.js etc.), JSON, AJAX, HTML, CSS knowledge
- Experience around Interpreting data and trends
- Expert knowledge in debugging/troubleshooting issues with the Adobe data/webpage.
- Create, validate & interpret segments
- Hands on experience on – Writing logic/plugin and implementing codes on event tracking
Your profile
- Extensive experience in CJA, Adobe Analytics, ideally 6-8+ years, coupled with experience designing large scale technology solutions using Adobe Analytics.
- Demonstrated experience in setting up and integrating Adobe Analytics with other Adobe marketing cloud solutions.
- Experience in other Adobe Marketing Cloud products such as Audience Manager, Target, and AEM would be advantageous.
- Certifications on Adobe Marketing Products is highly preferred.
- Knowledge on other Analytics platforms(GA) will be a plus
