Your Role

As an Optimizely Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high‑quality digital solutions using the Optimizely (formerly Episerver) Content Management System and Digital Experience Platform. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams—including UX, design, product, and QA—to deliver scalable, secure, and high‑performing digital experiences.

In this role you will play a key role in:

  • Designing and building Optimizely CMS and Optimizely DXP solutions, including custom templates, blocks, components, and integrations.
  • Developing high‑quality, reusable, and maintainable code following industry best practices and Optimizely development standards.
  • Integrating third‑party systems such as CRM, analytics, marketing automation, and custom APIs.
  • Participating in solution architecture discussions and contributing technical insights to improve system performance and stability.
  • Enhancing existing Optimizely solutions by implementing new features, optimizing content workflows, and improving digital experience capabilities.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to CMS, infrastructure, performance, and integrations.
  • Working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs and solutions.
  • Collaborating with DevOps/Cloud teams to support Optimizely DXP deployments, environments, and best practices.
  • Ensuring proper documentation, code reviews, and adherence to agile development processes.
