Capgemini is hiring a Senior SAP Frontend Developer to build modern, user-friendly SAP front-end applications using SAPUI5, Fiori, CAP and UI5 Web Components. You will translate client ideas into future-proof technical solutions, contribute to cloud transformation initiatives, and work with clients in English and a Belgian language. You should be a strong team player, with hands-on SAP front-end experience, and willingness to work in a hybrid client-site/office/remote environment. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams on international, cross-industry projects and continuing learning through SAP Discovery Academy and SAP Learning Hub.

Your Role
As an SAP Front-End Developer, you are driven by a genuine passion for creating intuitive, user‑centric digital solutions. You always put the end user first and take pride in designing applications that are both functional and delightful to use.
- You build modern, user-friendly web applications and aim to deliver seamless mobile experiences using SAP technologies.
- You translate your clients’ ideas and key priorities into solid, future-proof technical solutions.
- You actively contribute to cloud transformation initiatives and have a strong interest in new and emerging technologies within the SAP front-end landscape.
- You communicate confidently with clients in English and in one of the Belgian national languages.
- You are a strong team player who collaborates closely with colleagues to deliver high‑quality solutions on time.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in building SAP front-end applications using modern technologies (e.g., SAPUI5, Fiori, CAP, UI5 Web Components).
- Experience in building mobile apps with SAP technologies is considered a strong asset.
- Proven track record as an SAP UX lead or as a key contributor in UX‑focused SAP projects.
- Fluent in English and Dutch or French; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid environment (combination of client site, office, and remote).
- SAP certifications are an advantage and demonstrate your commitment to continuous learning.
