YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior SharePoint Developer to join our teams in Lisbon.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Develop and implement SharePoint solutions to meet business needs;
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify requirements and propose effective solutions;
• Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint sites, workflows, and custom applications;
• Prepare detailed technical documentation and ensure best practices are followed;
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior developers;
• Continuously improve and optimize existing SharePoint solutions;
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and contribute to an Agile development environment.

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field;
• Proven experience with SharePoint development;
• Excellent level of English, both written and spoken;
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment;
• Experience working in a Scrum or Agile environment;
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Proficiency in SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server;
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint Framework (SPFx), PowerShell, and PnP;
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C#;
• Familiarity with ASP.NET and MVC frameworks;
• Understanding of web security best practices;
• Ability to integrate third-party APIs and services;
• Experience with version control systems such as Git;
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first development;
• Experience with performance optimization and scalability of SharePoint solutions;
• Familiarity with Office 365 and related services (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps).

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with SharePoint migration projects;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams integration with SharePoint;
• Familiarity with Power BI for data visualization within SharePoint;
• Experience with SharePoint governance and compliance;
• Understanding of hybrid SharePoint environments;
• Certifications in SharePoint or related Microsoft technologies;
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps).
