Strong hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer with ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, Request, and CMDB) and ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer). Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow solutions aligned to client requirements and best practices, and build integrations using REST APIs and OAuth. Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and stakeholders to deliver fixed-price outcomes, support production issues and defect fixes within SLAs, and ensure change governance is followed.

Your Role

Responsbilities:

Strong hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer with ITSM modules including Incident, Change, Problem, Request, and CMDB
• Proven experience in ServiceNow scripting including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Flow Designer
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST APIs, OAuth, and data import mechanisms
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow best practices, SDLC, update sets, and platform governance
• ServiceNow CSA certification preferred or equivalent practical experience

• Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow solutions aligned to client requirements and platform best practices
• Build and maintain custodian standards, documentation guidelines, s, scripts, integrations, and automation to support business processes
• Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and stakeholders to deliver fixed-price outcomes
• Support production issues, defect fixes, and minor enhancements within agreed SLAs
• Ensure all developments follow and change governance workflow

Your Profile

Experience Required:

• 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience in enterprise or MSP environments
• Strong JavaScript fundamentals with practical ServiceNow scripting exposure
• Experience working in fixed-price or managed services delivery models
• Ability to analyse requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
