Implement and customize SAM Pro, HAM Pro, and SaaS Management modules in ServiceNow. Develop automations using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Scoped Apps; integrate ITAM with CMDB, Discovery, Procurement and external tools (SCCM, JAMF, Flexera). Build dashboards and reports for asset usage, spend, and optimization. Collaborate with architects and stakeholders, follow Agile practices, and support platform governance.

Your Role
- Implement and customize SAM Pro, HAM Pro, and SaaS Management modules.
- Develop automations using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Scoped Apps.Integrate ITAM with CMDB, Discovery, Procurement, and external tools such as SCCM, JAMF, and Flexera.Manage data ingestion, normalization, reconciliation, and license compliance.
- Build dashboards and reports for asset usage, spend, and optimization.
- Collaborate with architects and stakeholders, follow Agile practices, and support platform governance.
Your Profile
- Minimum 9+ years of experience with relevant 4-6 years ITAM experience with hands-on ServiceNow development.
- Strong knowledge of SAM/HAM lifecycle, ITIL frameworks, and ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript).
- Experience with Discovery, CMDB, external asset sources, and software license models.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
