Your key responsibilities

• Architect and implement high-performance UI solutions using modern frameworks.
• Drive UI strategy, ensuring alignment with product vision and scalability.
• Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and backend teams to deliver pixel-perfect, intuitive interfaces.
• Optimize applications for speed, accessibility, and cross-platform compatibility.
• Establish and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and best practices.
• Lead code reviews, mentor team members, and contribute to technical decision-making.
• Integrate RESTful APIs, manage complex state, and ensure seamless data flow.
• Stay ahead of emerging UI technologies and trends to keep solutions future-ready.

Your skills and experience

• 9+ years of experience in UI development for enterprise or large-scale applications.
• Expert in React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Strong experience with monorepo architecture (Nx, Lerna, Turborepo).
• Proficiency in TypeScript, Redux, or similar state management tools.
• Deep understanding of performance optimization, security, and accessibility standards.
• Hands-on experience with UI testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and agile methodologies.

Good to Have Skills:

• Knowledge of Java, Kotlin, Spring Boot, GraphQL, and PHP for backend integration.
• Experience building design systems and reusable component libraries.
• Exposure to micro-frontend architecture and progressive web apps (PWAs).

Understanding of Docker, cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and containerization
