Here are some specifics: What You Will Be Doing You will contribute to the development of our hosted and on-premise offerings. You'll be part of a close-knit team of phenomenal engineers who mentor, support, and challenge each other. You will implement technical solutions that underpin Kibana Alerting and Reporting success and the Observability and Security solutions, while collaborating with other Operations, Engineering, and Documentation teams. Assist in delivering and supporting a highly scalable cloud offering. Work on a codebase that consists primarily of APIs and server-side frameworks. What You Bring 12+ years of backend design & development experience Seasoned and confident engineer with JavaScript, Typescript, and Node.js. Experience with platform and SaaS engineering Excellent understanding of distributed systems Technical leadership and mentoring experience Ability to work with a worldwide team in a distributed work environment Passionate about JavaScript or web development in general Compensation for this role is in the form of base salary.
