Job Title: D365 CRM Technical Consultant

Experience: 5–10 years

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Consultant with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation, leveraging the technical expertise to deliver robust CRM solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consulting:
    • Engage with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements.
    • Map business processes to Dynamics 365 CRM capabilities.
    • Configure CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service).
  • Technical Development:
    • Customize CRM using JavaScript, HTML, and Plugins.
    • Design and implement Workflows, Custom Actions, and Business Rules.
    • Develop and deploy PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) controls.
    • Work with Virtual Tables to integrate external data sources.
    • Build and maintain Canvas Apps for tailored user experiences.
    • Integrate CRM with other systems using Web APIs and Azure services.
  • Solution Design:
    • Create scalable, secure, and maintainable CRM architectures.
    • Optimize use of out-of-the-box features and identify areas for custom development.
  • Support & Documentation:
    • Provide training and support to end-users.
    • Document technical specifications, configurations, and user guides.

 

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement).
  • Proficiency in:
    • JavaScript, HTML, C#/.NET for plugin development.
    • Power Platform: Canvas Apps, Power Automate, PCF.
    • Dataverse, Virtual Tables, Custom Actions, Workflows.
    • Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and API integrations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

 

Following Qualifications will be a plus:

  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
