A skilled D365 CRM Technical Manager with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation, leveraging both functional knowledge and technical expertise to deliver robust CRM solutions while leading a team of consultants

Key Responsibilities:

  • Functional Consulting:
    1. Engage with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
    2. Map business processes to Dynamics 365 CRM capabilities.
    3. Oversee the configuration of CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing)
  • Technical Development:
    1. Customize CRM using JavaScript, HTML, and Plugins.
    2. Design and implement Workflows, Custom Actions, and Business Rules.
    3. Develop and deploy PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) controls.
    4. Work with Virtual Tables to integrate external data sources.
    5. Build and maintain Canvas Apps for tailored user experiences.
    6. Integrate CRM with other systems using Web APIs and Azure services.
  • Solution Design:
    1. Create scalable, secure, and maintainable CRM architectures.
    2. Optimize the use of out-of-the-box features and identify areas for custom development.
  • Support & Documentation:
    1. Provide training and support to end-users.
    2. Document technical specifications, configurations, and user guides.
  • Managerial Responsibilities:
    1. Lead and mentor a team of CRM consultants and developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
    2. Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of CRM solutions.
    3. Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
    4. Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
    5. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement).
  • Proficiency in:
    1. JavaScript, HTML, C#/.NET for plugin development.
    2. Power Platform: Canvas Apps, Power Automate, PCF.
    3. Dataverse, Virtual Tables, Custom Actions, Workflows.
    4. SQL, FetchXML, SSRS for reporting.
  • Familiarity with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and API integrations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Exposure to presales, demos, and client presentations
