We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Software Engineer.

In this role, you will:

  • Understand project requirements and develop design specifications as per business agreements.
  • Execute project specific development activities in accordance with applicable standards and quality parameters.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot production issues in a timely manner followed up with Root cause analysis documentation.
  • Developing / Reviewing Code. Setting up the right environment for the projects.
  • Ensure delivery within schedule by adhering to the engineering and quality standards.
  • Follow all relevant IT policies, processes, and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
  • Able to work under pressure on deliverables, Incidents. Available on support rota for a week to support.
  • Working in PODs to help deliver Stories / Tasks and involved in providing the technical Support in Production tickets / Incidents on rota basis.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • 4+ years IT development experience
  • Hands on experience on Angular, NodeJS.
  • Good knowledge of DevOps technologies (Eg. Jenkins, Github, etc.)
  • Provide support across the end-to-end delivery and run lifecycle, utilizing their skills and expertise to carry out software development, testing and operational support activities with the ability to move between these according to demand.
  • Create technical test plans and records, including unit and integration tests, within automated test environments to ensure code quality.
  • Provide support to DevOps teams working at all stages of a product or service release/change with a strong customer focus and end to end journeys.
  • Have experience on doing production support and releases.
