As an Experienced Software Engineer in the Employee Platform Technology team, you will design and deliver secure, stable, and scalable technology products. You will work with us in an agile environment, developing innovative solutions that empower our customers and clients. You’ll help drive advancements in mobile banking, big data, payments, and cloud integration. Job responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and troubleshoot software solutions in an agile team environment
  • Create secure, high-quality production code and maintain efficient algorithms
  • Produce architecture and design artifacts, ensuring alignment with project requirements
  • Gather, analyze, and synthesize data to drive continuous improvement of applications
  • Contribute to engineering communities of practice and technology events
  • Support the integration of private and public cloud platforms
  • Develop mobile features and innovative payment solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful products
  • Promote a culture of diversity, inclusion, and respect within the team

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 3 years applied experience (omit years for EMEA)
  • Applied front-end software development experience
  • Experience in responsive web design across multiple platforms
  • Advanced skills in front-end technologies including CSS3, HTML5, and modern JavaScript frameworks such as React
  • Experience with CMS (AEM) and personalization implementation
  • Proficiency in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment using modern programming and database querying languages
  • Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle
  • Understanding of agile methodologies, including CI/CD, application resiliency, and security
  • Practical experience with cloud-native technologies (AWS)

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Familiarity with modern front-end technologies
  • Experience with Adobe Target
  • Experience working with databases
