- Executes standard software solutions, including design, development, and technical troubleshooting.Writes secure and high-quality code using the syntax of at least one programming language, with limited guidance.Designs, develops, codes, and troubleshoots with consideration for upstream and downstream systems and technical implications.Applies knowledge of tools within the Software Development Life Cycle toolchain to enhance the value realized through automation.Utilizes technical troubleshooting skills to break down solutions and resolve technical problems of basic complexity.Gathers, analyzes, and draws conclusions from large, diverse data sets to identify issues and contribute to decision-making for secure, stable application development.Learns and applies system processes, methodologies, and skills for the development of secure, stable code and systems.Contributes to a team culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 2+ years of applied experience.Hands-on experience building scalable web applications using React, TypeScript, and JavaScript, following modern development best practices.Experience integrating and interacting with RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs, ensuring robust and maintainable API architecture within frontend solutions.Ability to optimize web applications for non-functional requirements such as performance, accessibility, reliability, and cross-browser compatibility.Practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.Demonstrable ability to code in one or more programming languages.Experience across the entire Software Development Life Cycle.Exposure to agile methodologies such as CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.Emerging knowledge of software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.).Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Familiarity with modern front-end technologiesExposure to cloud technologies
