Lead Engineer I, Full Stack Development on KPMGI Tax and Legal Team in a hybrid Atlanta location. Lead a team of developers to build web applications using Angular 8+ and .NET Core (C#) with MS SQL Server, design database schemas, and develop technical documents. Apply agile methodologies (SCRUM, TDD), review requirements and estimates, and manage deployments to deliver timely software solutions.

KPMG is currently seeking a Lead Engineer I, Full Stack Development to join our KPMGI Tax and Legal Team. This is a hybrid work opportunity out of our Atlanta Ignition location.

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of developers to develop web applications, which includes technical discussions, gathering team estimates, ensuring timely deployments, approving pull requests, among other leadership tasks
Develop applications with Angular 8+, TypeScript, and Microsoft .NET Core (C#) with MS SQL Server as the database backend
Design database schema; develop stored procedures in MS SQL database.
Perform unit testing and troubleshoot applications built on Angular, ASP.NET, .NET, C#, TypeScript, JavaScript, and SQL Server
Practice standard development process leveraging agile methodologies such as SCRUM and Test-Driven Development (TDD)
Review and analyze business requirements, as well as provide technical feasibility and estimates; create technical documents for software products using Visio, PowerPoint and Office
Act with integrity, professionalism and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:

Minimum five years of recent experience developing software utilizing .NET technologies; minimum two years of recent experience as a lead
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in engineering, computer science, information systems, or a related field is required
Experience developing applications using ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET Web API (Restful APIs), Inversion of Control (IOC) containers with a strong understanding in responsive Web Application Development
Background with Angular 8+ components and services development along with TypeScript, and JavaScript skills
Ability to plan, lead, and organize compl
Strong experience with developing MS Azure cloud environment
