Serve as the technical lead during customer engagements, guiding deployment and integration of our platform. Configure, solve, and optimize solutions onsite at client locations, and collaborate with customer teams to translate requirements into tailored deployments. Deliver training and guidelines for customer stakeholders, and act as a liaison between customers and internal engineering teams to relay feedback and feature requests. Willingness to travel frequently to domestic and international customer sites is required.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical lead during customer engagements, ensuring smooth deployment and integration of our platform.
- Configure, solve, and optimise solutions onsite at customer locations.
- Collaborate with customer teams to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Deliver training and guidelines to customer interested parties.
- Act as the liaison customers and internal engineering teams, sharing feedback and feature requests.
- Travel frequently to customer sites (domestic and international).
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and TypeScript.
- Solid grasp of the web applications
- Experience with debugging tools, developer tools, and performance analysis.
- General knowledge of networking concepts and Windows environments.
- Excellent communication and social skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment pipelines.
- Experience with enterprise scale web applications.
