We are seeking a skilled Senior UI Developer to join our front-end engineering team. The role focuses on building scalable, performant web applications using React and Next.js, with strong routing, state management, and data grid capabilities. You will collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs into responsive, accessible interfaces, and optimize for performance, scalability, and SEO in Next.js. You will write clean, maintainable, and testable code, participate in code reviews and sprints, and stay up-to-date with emerging frontend technologies.

Senior UI Developer (React)


Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and hard-working UI Developer to join our front-end engineering team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience building scalable, performant, and maintainable web applications using React and Next.js, with a solid understanding of routing, state management, and data grid implementations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain user-facing features using React and Next.js.
  • Implement routing logic using React Router or Next.js routing.
  • Manage application state using Redux, Zustand, or other modern state management libraries.
  • Integrate and customize AG Grid for complex data presentation and manipulation.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs into responsive, accessible interfaces.
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and SEO (especially in Next.js).
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and team discussions.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging front-end technologies and frameworks.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience with React.js, including leading front-end projects or teams.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Up to date with latest React.js versions
  • Solid understanding of React Router and routing paradigms.
  • Experience with Redux, Zustand, or other state management tools.
  • Hands-on experience with AG Grid or similar data grid libraries.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and async data fetching.
  • Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SASS/SCSS, and responsive design.
  • Experience with Git, GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows.
  • Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and cross-browser compatibility.


Nice to Have

  • Experience with Next.js
  • Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) in Next.js.
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress.
  • Exposure to design systems and component libraries (e.g., MUI, Ant Design).
  • Knowledge of performance profiling and web vitals.


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
