Your qualifications and skills
- 5+ years of strong experience of software development experience and 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow applications development and implementation of IT products like ITSM, ITAM and ITOM
- Experience on Servicenow Request Management, Orchestration Workflow and Flow designer
- Knowledge in Cloud Computing (AWS / Azure), PowerShell and Python, Now Assist implementation, ServiceNow Gen AI use cases & knowledge on MID Server and integrations
- Strong expertise and proven track record in building applications using ServiceNow Platform
- Driven to use JavaScript and the Web as a platform, reusability, and componentization
- Deep knowledge of AJAX, JSON, HTML, XML, CSS, SOAP, REST and associated frameworks
- Strong expertise to integrate securely between systems by writing and utilizing Web Services and other APIs
- Hands-on experience with extending the ServiceNow schema to custom applications and working on ServiceNow platform capabilities like UI
- Good understanding and experience of Full stack technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Good understanding and experience implementing modern and responsive SPA web applications using one or more of the following & work within an agile/scrum environment is highly desired
- TypeScript, AngularJS, React, Redux, Bootstrap or modern open-source web frameworks
- Good understanding and experience with developing secure, robust, stable and scalable code including advanced concepts such as OOP
