The Microsoft Turing team is an innovative engineering and research team working on state-of-the-art deep learning models and works on projects across the entire deep learning life-cycle. Within the Microsoft Turing team, we are a fast-paced, high impact and hardcore experience team, who is responsible for building cutting edge frontend stacks for M365 Copilot and realize what the great capabilities that cutting-edge machine learning is able to provide. In addition, the team also works on improving experiences across Microsoft’s products and services by working on high value scenarios.

As a member of the Microsoft Turing team, you will have a direct impact on the quality of the products which in turn determines the experience of millions of users every day. You will learn many cutting edge technologies in M365 Copilot core UX framework, scalable business layer framework, A/B testing framework, and working with teams of distributed systems, data mining, machine learning to solve hard problems. • Be responsible to build E2E experiences for a variety of feature areas in M365 Copilot, including but not limited to mainline chat, agent, chat history, model iterations etc. This will involve both Front End and Server Side development.
• Develop metrics, build and deliver dashboard for monitoring service availability, performance, and errors. Create alerts and involve in live site support.
• Setup, run and monitor A/B testing flight and analyze scorecard, own review and present to shiproom with details for shipment.
• Collaborate with partner teams to build, polish and debug E2E experiences, identifying and root causing errors.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
  • OR equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience with at least one language: C++/C#/JavaScript. Previous experience with UX development on different frontend framework will be a plus.
• Great design, problem solving, and data analysis skills, with demonstrated passion for quality, performance, and engineering excellence.
• Motivated and able to work independently as well in a collaborative team setting to research innovative solutions to challenging technical/business problems.
• 4+ years of experience coding in C++, C#, TypeScript, JavaScript, or Java.
• 4+ years of industry experiences with one or more of the following: Distributed Systems and/or Information Retrieval, Maline learning pipeline building for real user scenarios, large scale of Web development and/or App development.
• Good communication skills in English are preferred.
