Job Description

Within Natixis, you join the IT Market & Counterparty Risk team, composed of three developers and one business analyst. In this team, we work on the management of balance sheet structural risks, including liquidity risk, Banking Book credit rate and spread risk, as well as structural currency risk and other regulatory ratios.

On a daily basis, your tasks are to:

• Organize and manage the IT team in collaboration with the Product Owner;
• Actively participate in the design and implementation of sdp platform;
• Develop features for the new high-performance platform under development;
• Ensure the collection of data and repositories;
• Contribute to the creation of visualizations and reporting.

The technical stack used is as follows: SQL Server/C#/Angular/jQuery. Our work methodology is focused on agility, and you are integrated into our Tech Lead community.

The position is based in Paris and with us it’s 10 days of telecommuting per month, 15 to 17 days of RTT per year, on-site services like catering, the gym or the corporate concierge service. Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

About you: If you recognize yourself in the following description, you are made to work with us! With a higher education in IT, you have at least 8 years of experience as a Technical Leader in the banking environment in C# Full Stack ecosystems (JavaScript, Angular).

You master:

• . net Core, C#, Asp.net, SQL
• JavaScript, Angular, JQuery;
• Application architecture concepts and design patterns;
• The agile methodology (+ craftmanship);
• Knowledge of the functional domain of risks is a plus.

You are:

• Endowed with excellent interpersonal skills, you have a very good ability to listen and you have already operationally supervised a mixed team (developers, business analysts);
• Recognized for your expertise in agile methodology (Scrum);
• Rigorous, you are familiar with the field of finance

You master English with a B2 level
