Lead Software Engineer Full Stack responsible for designing and delivering scalable web applications using Node.js for backend and React.js for frontend. The role requires 7+ years of experience and involves building RESTful APIs, optimizing SQL queries with PostgreSQL, and integrating front-end components with server-side logic. You will lead the technical team, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Product Management and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. Lead Software Engineer Full Stack developer with 7+ years of experience<\/p>
- Strong experience Node.js for backend and React.js for Front end
Basic understanding SQL, POSTGRE database<\/li> - Write clean and maintainable code.<\/li>
- Good collaboration required with Product Management team and cross functional teams.<\/li>
- Understand the business needs and transform it to a technical solution<\/li>
- Maintain the existing solution by enhancing and providing support technically<\/li>
- Follow the agile methodology and best practices in day to day work<\/li>
- Propose new solutions to improve the efficiency wherever possible<\/li>
- \u00a0Understand functional requirements and raise clarifications with BAs and others concerned.<\/li>
- Should have experience in coordinating onsite\/offshore team members. Delivery ownership for offshore deliverables.<\/li>
- Should be able to estimate from high level requirement and do an independent estimate from detailed functional<\/li>

- Capability to provide technical design and implement on complex requirement.<\/li>
- Understand Agile practices (daily scrum, iteration planning, retrospective, test driven, model storming) and follow the same.<\/li>
- Meticulously review the design, test cases and code<\/li>
- Coding, Unit Testing and Integration Testing.<\/li>
- Writing optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, indexing<\/li>
- Understanding of security practices (JWT, OAuth)<\/li>
- Lead the technical team and engage in business conversations & mentoring of the team<\/li> <\/ul> <\/p>Profile required
