Join the pricing team as a Full-Stack Front Office Developer working on strategic US Repo Trading Desk projects with accelerated time-to-market. Act as the primary liaison with US Repo officers (traders, sales, middle office) to understand and address their needs, and design and develop solutions for traders. Take responsibility for software releases, configuration, monitoring and production support of all components and infrastructure, and provide Level 1-3 end-user assistance. Help modernize systems by replacing legacy Excel tools with robust APIs and web solutions, while improving processes and ensuring Agile and Continuous Delivery practices.
The pricing team is currently looking to hire a motivated, proactive, and highly contributing Full-Stack Front Office Developer to work on strategic projects for the US Repo Trading Desk that require an accelerated time-to-market.<\/p>
In this role, you will:<\/p>
- Act as the main point of contact with the US Repo officers (traders, sales, middle office) based in New York office regarding the various tools they use (pricing, reporting, deal analysis, data analytics\u2026)<\/li>
- Design and develop solutions for the traders<\/li>
- Be responsible for software releases, configuration, monitoring and support of all production system components and infrastructure<\/li>
- Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 end users support and assistance.<\/li>
- Troubleshoot technical or functional issues in a complex financial environment to provide timely resolution, with various applications and platforms that are global.<\/li>
- Work with users to understand and gather their needs in our catalogue. Then participate on the required developments.<\/li>
- Manage several streams of work concurrently.<\/li>
- Help with the migration and modernization of our systems by getting rid of legacy Excel-based tools and provide robust APIs and Web solutions instead.<\/li>
- Improve existing processes to reduce support-time.<\/li>
- Ensure business requirements are met.<\/li>
- Rely on IT best practices to improve quality of development.<\/li>
- Ensure Agile and Continuous Delivery methodologies are followed.<\/li>
- Participate to the documentation effort to improve knowledge sharing within\/outside the team.
