Join Amazon as a Build and Release Engineer supporting the E-reader Products group. You will develop build scripts and tools to improve the efficiency of development and the build process. The role requires experience leading design, automation, deployment, and support of large-scale infrastructure, proficiency with Linux/Unix, and working with CI/CD pipelines. You will program in languages such as Python, Ruby, Go, Java, C++, C#, or Rust and collaborate in a fast-paced, complex software environment.
As a Build and Release Engineer, you will provide support for developing build scripts and tools that will improve the efficiency of the development and its build process.
We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated, detail oriented Build Engineer who has demonstrated ability to work in a fast-pace and complex software build environment.
- Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, Rust
- Experience with Linux/Unix
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines build processes
