This year‑round internship combines part‑time work during the school year with full‑time work in the summer, with 1:1 mentorship from an experienced Amazonian and hands-on software development opportunities. You will contribute to real software, gain ownership, and potentially transition to a full‑time role after program completion. The program starts with the June 2026 cohort and emphasizes mentorship, bi‑annual performance reviews, and in‑person collaboration at the Detroit office.

Ready to build the foundation of your software engineering career in a growth-focused program? Amazon is looking for highly motivated students to join the Jr. Developer Program (JDP).
