The Engineer will support and enable SoC CAD flows and EDA support, focusing on optimizing power, performance, area, signoff and silicon quality in 3nm/2nm nodes and multi-die solutions. The role involves enabling floorplanning, power delivery networks and structured clocks to deliver high performance with low power and area, and collaborating with foundry, EDA and ecosystem partners. Requires proficiency in EDA scripting (Tcl and Python) and experience in SoC design flows and high-performance core design methodologies. Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills are essential.

As a Solution Engineering - SoC CAD Flow & EDA Support Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting and enabling SoC design flows. Your work will drive meticulous optimization of power, performance, area, signoff, and silicon quality, collaborating with foundry, EDA, and ecosystem partners at the forefront of 3nm/2nm technodes and multi-die solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Enable and support SoC design flows and automation for floorplanning, including creation of power delivery networks and structured clocks to deliver high performance with minimal power and area.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in one or more domains: floorplanning, advanced technology nodes, power delivery networks, or structured clock networks.

Required Skills and Experience :

  • Skilled in EDA scripting with Tcl and Python
  • Experience of 4-6 years
  • Experience in SoC design flows and high-performance core design methodologies.
  • Proficiency with process technology design rules
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and adaptability to evolving challenges.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork abilities, with a proven track record of effective collaboration across multi-functional teams.

“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience :

  • Deep understanding of advanced clocking structures and design convergence processes.
  • Experience with hierarchical floorplanning and 3DIC floor planning
