You will work with CMA Design Methodology & Verification Methodology developers to ensure front-end Design and Verification flows meet criteria, provide training and onboarding, and collaborate with EDA vendors to resolve tooling issues. The flows you will support include verification flows related to simulation, formal verification and design tooling (lint, CDC/RDC, SDC, power-aware simulation, gate-level simulation) and how they feed into back-end flows across the full implementation life-cycle.

Job Overview:

The team supports engineers in multiple sites including the UK (Manchester, Sheffield, Cambridge), India (Bangalore), France (Sophia), Canada (Toronto), US (Austin, Chandler and San Diego) and Hungary (Budapest)!

Responsibilities:

Working with engineers on Arm projects in conjunction with the CMA Design Methodology & Verification Methodology developers you will help ensure our front-end Design and Verification flows are meeting the expected criteria and are operating as intended. You will provide training, ramp new teams in Arm and help shape the direction of our tools, flows and methodologies through your knowledge of the usage patterns across the teams. You will also work with EDA vendors when teams find issues with EDA tooling and ensure that provided solutions reach resolution.

The flows you will support will include verification flows related to simulation, formal verification and design tooling such as lint, CDC/RDC, SDC, power-aware simulation, gate level simulation, and how they deliver into back-end flows covering the full implementation life-cycle.

Required Skills and Experience :
