You will produce real-world ALM RW scenarios, calibrate models and generate scenarios across asset classes and horizons using Barrie&Hibbert/Moody's Analytics. You will improve the processes and controls for scenario production and maintain documentation. You will prepare the ALM Long Term Economic Assumption for the ALM community and possibly present it to LTEAC. You will provide support to other team members in specific projects.

Within the Group, you will join the xxx department [add a short description here] Within this Department, you will be part of the team xxx [add a short description here] GIA - ALM Hub-Madrid YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: As “ALM RW scenarios” you will: • Produce of real-world scenarios for the purpose of ALM analyses. This includes the calibration of the models and generation of scenarios for all AXA entities, using the ESG software from Barrie&Hibbert/Moody’s Analytics, through various asset classes and time horizons. • Improve the processes/control for the scenario production and maintain documentation • Prepare the ALM Long Term Economic Assumption for the ALM community. Potentially present it into the LTEAC. • Provide support to other members of the team in specific projects. YOUR PROFILE: Level of Education Required: • Administrative and finance profile. • Excellent level of communication in English is a must (spoken and written). • The candidate should have working experience (from 5-10 years). • General knowledge of the insurance and financial markets. Technical skills required: • Knowledge in, and agility with, finance/investments, and ALM concepts. • Good knowledge of, and strong appetite for, IT tools and of programming languages is desirable (R, Python, VBA, SQL…). • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Power point,…). • Experience in the use of AI. • Knowledge of Bloomberg terminal would be a plus. Soft skills required: • Used to manage numbers. Main work to be done with Excel and other internal tools. • Team spirit and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders. • Strong organizational skills and ability to work with tight deadlines. • Ability to make repetitive tasks while maintain excellent attention to quality. • Ability to a work in a multicultural environment with people with diverse backgrounds and cultures. • Ability to build an effective and trust-based relationship with all entities & Group correspondents.
