We are looking for a skilled and proactive Senior/Mid Python Developer to join our global engineering team. The successful candidate will contribute to the design, development, and optimisation of scalable backend systems and APIs that support internal platforms and customer-facing applications. This role involves working on high-impact projects that include data processing, AI integration, and system orchestration.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust, scalable backend solutions using Python
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Evaluate and introduce new tools and technologies to improve development workflows
- Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices

Job Description - Grade Specific
- 5-7 years of experience in Python development
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks such as FastAPI and Flask.
- Solid understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms

- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs
