Your Role
- Manage and monitor batch processes using BMC Control-M.
- Provide L2 support for batch scheduling and job execution.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts to optimize batch workflows.
- Ensure compliance with ITSM processes and maintain accurate documentation.
Your Profile
- 4+ years of experience in batch scheduling and scripting.
- Hands-on experience with Control-M and automation scripting (Shell, Python, etc.).
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
- Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N2/N3 (preferred).
- Understanding of ITSM, compliance, and documentation standards.
