Senior Lead with strong expertise in C++, Java, Python, and Cisco Collaboration technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Mandatory Technical Skills
- C++ , python , shell scripting, and good hands on linux
- Domain – Network , SIP ,Media/Signalling
- Provide hands-on support in debugging, optimization, and performance tuning.
- Guide the team in adopting modern tools, frameworks, and coding standards.
- Communicate effectively with distributed teams, leadership, and customers (internal/external).
Good to have Skills
- Java , Jenkins, Github, AI tools ,Docker/K8S
Technical Leadership
- Lead design, development, and delivery of complex software solutions using C++ and Python.
- Review architecture, code quality, and technical design documents to ensure industry best practices.
- Work with cross-functional teams for integrations involving Cisco Collaboration technologies .
- Mentor, coach, and guide a team of software engineers and senior developers.
- Provide regular status updates, risk identification, and mitigation plans.
- Conduct performance reviews and support team career growth.
Communication & Collaboration
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders for requirement clarification.
- Prepare clear technical documentation, reports, and solution architectures.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities with proactive ownership and accountability.
Additional Preferred Skills
- Exposure to cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of Jenkins, Git, automation frameworks.
- Experience in customer-facing roles.
