Design and develop cloud-native applications using Python and Google Cloud Platform services. Build and optimize data pipelines using Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, and BigQuery. Implement CI/CD workflows using Cloud Build, Cloud Deploy, or other DevOps tools, and develop automation scripts for infrastructure provisioning with Terraform or Deployment Manager. Your Role
- Design and develop cloud‑native applications using Python and GCP services.
- Build and optimize data pipelines using Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, BigQuery, etc.
- Implement CI/CD workflows using Cloud Build, Cloud Deploy, or other DevOps tools.
- Develop automation scripts for infrastructure provisioning using Terraform or Deployment Manager.
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams to design scalable, secure, and cost‑efficient cloud architectures.
- Optimize application performance, monitoring, and security using Stackdriver/Cloud Logging & Monitoring.
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure high availability and resilience of cloud workloads.
- Follow best practices for code quality, testing, and cloud security.
Your Profile
- Strong proficiency in Python (APIs, async programming, automation, ETL, scripting).
- Hands‑on experience with core GCP services, such as:
- Compute Engine
- Cloud Functions / Cloud Run
- Pub/Sub
- Cloud Storage
- BigQuery
- Firestore / Cloud SQL
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and event‑driven architectures.
- Experience with CI/CD tools: Cloud Build, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI.
- Familiarity with Docker and container orchestration (GKE/Kubernetes preferred).
- Understanding of IAM, VPC networking, security, and cost optimization on GCP.
- Experience working with Terraform (preferred) or GCP Deployment Manager.
