Complete management and monitoring of workplace technologies, including end-user device management, virtual desktops and collaboration tools such as Microsoft 365. Provide 3rd-level support, diagnose and fix complex incidents, and drive continual service improvement. Participate in migrations or infrastructure upgrades, review high-level design documents, evaluate new products and propose infrastructure solutions. The role also involves coaching and mentoring, and providing scripting and automation inputs for service management.

Job Description

Complete management and monitoring of workplace technologies, including end users device management, virtual desktops and collaboration/productivity tools (e.g. Microsoft 365). 3rd level support, investigating, diagnosing and fixing complex incidents. Drive Continual service improvement plans, execute complex changes, recommend best practices to clients. Actively involved in migrations or infra upgrades, review and contribute in high level design documents, evaluating new products and recommending infrastructure solutions.
